Atención de Pedidos:
Sin importar la forma de pago que se utilice, el cliente deberá realizar su pedido a través de nuestra página web donde llenará el formulario de envío (Direcciones) necesario para la entrega.
Para realizar algún cambio o re-programación de pedidos es INDISPENSABLE escribirnos a ventas@anotadito.com o por la bandeja de entrada de nuestras redes sociales, especificando su solicitud y número de pedido a la brevedad posible.
Confirmaciones de Pago:
En el caso de Pago por transferencia bancaria (SCOTIABANK , BCP, YAPE, BBVA, PLIN, INTERBANK) es indispensable enviar el voucher o constancia al correo ventas@anotadito.com o mediante el formulario de contacto de nuestra web CONTACTO , indicando el número de pedido y nombre.
En el caso de pago con tarjeta de crédito nosotros recibimos la confirmación automática a través del sistema de la pasarela de pagos encargada. De no recibir respuesta o haber sido denegada la transacción, nos pondremos en contacto con el cliente para poder coordinar el pago del pedido a través de otro medio.
Solamente se hará entrega de los pedidos que hayan sido debidamente pagados y confirmados (envío de constancias). Deberá tener en consideración que el formato de pedido que llega a su correo indica los datos de envío, el número de su orden y la forma de pago.
- Pasarela de pago Niubiz;el pedido será confirmado una vez que se reciba la constancia de pago por este medio que es de forma automática en que se realice el pago.
- Pago por transferencia Bancaria;envío de su voucher escaneado o foto legible del depósito, en caso de transferencia envía copia de constancia de pago o foto del pago confirmado.
Servicio de Delivery:
Hemos tratado de tener la cobertura más amplia posible en todo el Perú, pero aun así hay zonas donde los envíos no pueden llegar o lugares donde hay más de una forma de envió o entrega. A continuación, explicaremos los costos, coberturas y formas de entrega, pero si tienes dudas puedes consultar directamente aquí.
Los tiempos de entrega del servicio de envió, son adicionales a los tiempos de producción de los productos; por ejemplo, los productos personalizados como indican en su descripción cuentan con una producción de 2 a 3 días (dependerá del volumen de pedidos de esa semana) a partir de este punto lo llamaremos PRODUCTO TERMINADO⁽¹⁾, como también tenemos productos que están listos desde su compra y ya son considerados como PRODUCTO TERMINADO⁽¹⁾.
Los servicios de envió son hechos 3 días por semana martes, jueves y sábado.
OPCIONES DE ENTREGA
Contamos actualmente con estos medios de entrega y/o envió.
PROVINCIA DE LIMA Y CALLAO
1) Recojo en puntos específicos: Es la opción sin costo de recojo en:
- Estaciones del Metropolitano
- Horario de entregas:
- Lunes, Miércoles y Viernes: 9:00 am hasta 11:30am
- Lunes, Miércoles y Viernes: 2:00 pm hasta 4:30 pm
- Nota:Tiempo máximo de espera de 15 minutos. Pasada ese tiempo, se reprogramará para la siguiente semana el recojo.
- Alameda (Av. 28 de Julio):
- Sólo los Sábados: 3:00 pm hasta 5:30 pm
Lima y Callao:
2) Olva Courier: Opción disponible para los distritos más lejanos de Lima, otras provincias de lima y del Perú. Puede recogerse en agencia o envió a domicilio. Según disponibilidad de la zonas por Olva Courier.
Los envíos se hacen martes, jueves y sábado y se entregan de 24 a 72 horas durante el día de lunes a viernes de 8.30 a 6 pm y sábados de 8.30 a 1 pm y son agrupados según el día en que sean PRODUCTO TERMINADO⁽¹⁾.

- Costo Base S/10 soles.
El costo de recojo en agencia es el mismo que de envió a dirección.
Para envíos urgentes recomendamos recoger en agencia al ser más rápido y seguro su entrega.
Nivel Nacional:
3) Olva Courier: Opción disponible para los departamenos fuera de Lima, otras provincias de lima y del Perú. Puede recogerse en agencia o envió a domicilio. Según disponibilidad de la zonas por Olva Courier.

*Puede haber demoras adicionales en fechas de alta demanda de envíos (Navidad, día de la madre, día del maestro, fiestas patrias). De igual forma nosotros buscaremos las maneras de evitar cualquier tipo de retraso y serán notificados para evitar inconvenientes. Por favor realizar pedidos con anticipación.
*En caso de demoras no previstas comunicarse de inmediato, para estudiar el caso y dar solución.
CAMBIO / DEVOLUCIÓN DE PEDIDO:
Los productos personalizados, en descuento, promoción o de muestra, son de venta final y no aceptamos cambios ni devoluciones.
En caso el producto llegue en mal estado o con algún defecto de fábrica, nos comprometemos a cambiarlo o darle alguna solución siempre y cuando se notifique los daños con fotos a nuestro correo de ventas@anotadito.com dentro de los 7 días calendario posteriores a la recepción del producto.
Toda la coordinación se hará mediante ventas@anotadito.com o mediante Whatsaap al 947 390 254. Se deberá confirmar la compra por el medio que se realizó o con boleta de pago y para la devolución el producto no debe tener señas de uso. El empaque y sus accesorios deben ser los originales de igual forma tampoco deben tener señas de uso, si el producto está usado, no se podrá hacer el cambio.
En caso de requerir devolución, podremos reembolsar el monto del producto en crédito para ser usado a través de nuestra tienda online con un código de cupón. No hacemos devoluciones de dinero en ningún caso.
Anulación del Pedido:
Anotadito aceptará la anulación de un pedido sin mayor inconveniente, siempre y cuando este se realice en un máximo de 8 horas de hecha la compra online.
La cancelación deberá registrarse de manera obligatoria mediante un correo electrónico a ventas@anotadito.com donde nosotros daremos la respuesta de conformidad.
